Uncontrolled thought and aimless thinking give you anxiety. 

 Nowadays man's mind fills with full of anxiety in this current situation. Everyone around us suffering from mental illnesses. A human being is living his life, not for satisfaction but, for competing with others. In today's time, we are producing financial billionaires but we cannot able to produce mentally satisfied Millionaire. Human suffering increases day by day. Because he is not happy with his own life. We can see in our surrounding so many mentally disturbed people are available everywhere. Some of them showing with his behaviors and, some of them are hiding their depression. I know personally, some of them have good salaries, bank balance, and good living ambiance and also not any kind of social responsibilities they have but they ruin themselves with own thoughts process. Some of them are going every day to the gym and daily exercises practicing. but the solution is Contemplation / Meditation

After practicing mediation. It’s proved ease for your mind.

 Now we can proceed with the solution to these kinds of problems. You should practice Contemplation / Meditation. you can choose your method of meditation. Like chanting the name of your favorite God, Dhyan, Isha kriya, etc.  Give some time for himself a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes every day. These things initially not suitable for everyone, but if you try to do meditation for some days, then you can find differences between meditate life and normal life. This process mainly focuses on how you control your thought process. Meditation provides ease to your mind. Simply seat in one place and try to pay attention to breathing. I personally practicing Isha Kriya. These days I am controlling my thought process and I can choose a comfortable situation because of meditation. Everyone should do these kinds of practices of Contemplation / Contemplation / Meditation. Twice a day for 48 days so complete your full Mandal.
